The Technical Details show the program supports 32-bit and the XP OS, but on a 32-bit XP SP3, the successfully installed executable fails due to not being a valid Win-32 program. Hows does one acquire the 32-bit version?
[@Gary] This requires .NET Framework 4.5.2, which isn’t available on XP. The developer gave us the wrong info on technical details, I will fix itn ow.

They should change their install program. Most install builder programs allow setting the minimum OS version. Otherwise, the installer can waste people’s time doing the install, plus the user’s extra time needed doing the uninstall, then cleanup of the registry. No telling what else they might have missed.

It does not work on Windows XPx32
