Sul web e su diversi manuali relativi alla meditazione e della crescita personale, vengono riportate varianti diverse di questo esercizio. Viene definito in diversi modi seppur il fulcro dell'esercizio consista nel guardarsi dentro per cercare di capire quali sono gli obiettivi che vogliamo vedere realizzati nella nostra vita e successivamente nel trovare il modo di rimanere costantemente focalizzati sul raggiungimento di tali obiettivi.
L'applicazione permette di gestire, a proprio piacimento, quelle piccole differenze che variano nelle diverse applicazioni dell’esercizio, prevedendo la possibilità di poterlo adattare al proprio uso personale che più si adatta al modo di vedere e vivere concretamente la meditazione.
L'app. permette di indicare fino ad un massimo di 130 desideri/obiettivi. Per ognuno di questi si ha a disposizione una pagina sulla quale poter trascrivere il desiderio.
In ciascuna pagina è possibile poter inserire delle foto, dei video o dei file audio. Questo permette di poter focalizzare meglio il proprio reale obiettivo, allegando alla descrizione del desiderio una foto particolare, un video o un file audio da noi registrato che ci richiama alla mente determinate sensazioni e che ci ricorda specificatamente qual è l’obiettivo che vogliamo raggiungere.
E' possibile impostare per ciascuna pagina un determinato colore di sfondo. In questo modo è possibile suddividere, nel modo che ognuno ritiene più confacente al proprio caso, i desideri.
E’ possibile - ad esempio - attribuire un determinato colore agli obiettivi già raggiunti, un differente colore a quelli ancora da raggiungere o ancora un altro colore a quelli che si vogliono lasciare in disparte per un determinato periodo, perché magari non sono ancora stati ben definiti.
E’ anche possibile associare ad ogni pagina una specifica icona per contraddistinguere un determinato obiettivo dagli altri. Anche in questo caso si può personalizzare la suddivisione dei desideri, utilizzando una specifica icona per contrassegnare quelli che riguardano uno specifico ambito personale distinguendoli - ad esempio - da quelli che riguardano l’ambito lavorativo o altri aspetti della propria vita.
Oppure è possibile utilizzare le diverse icone per distinguere gli obiettivi già raggiunti da quelli non ancora concretizzati.
Nella pagina di riepilogo dei desideri è possibile vedere immediatamente la situazione riassuntiva dell'attività. In questa area sono infatti ben visibili - sotto forma di piccole caselle - tutte le pagine contenenti ciascuna uno specifico desiderio.
Da qui è possibile identificare, ancora meglio se sono stati impostati dei colori di sfondo differenti, le pagine nelle quali è già stato inserito un desiderio, quelle ancora a disposizione e quelle - se volete lasciarle per un periodo - per le quali avete già fatto avverare il desiderio.
Per la consultazione delle pagine è possibile visionarle in successione, una dopo l'altra come sfogliando un libro, oppure richiamarle singolarmente dalla pagina riepilogativa cliccando sul numero del desiderio. For consultation of pages you can view them in succession, one after the other like leafing through a book, or call them up individually from the summary page by clicking on the number of desire.
