I have Win 10 32bit OS and i had no problems to install it and run it. No installer crash happen. However when the program installs i got a question from the native OS firewall (win10) to allow the program to connect (to either public or private ) internet network. After allow it to connect, it manage to load the website database and asked to restart the application (with a similar message window that D N Shah posted, but in contrast, the message reports website database load success and asks for app restart).
