I have downloaded Ashampoo Snap 9 from the SharewareOnSale page. I was instructed to go to http://linktarget.ashampoo.com/linktarget/?target=trial&edition=eid=27722 and request a key. I was already logged in and the page recognised this. In spite of this, it still asked me to enter my email address. I did so and the next page asked me to enter my password. The following page showed Step 1: you are logged in with Mal Torte and a big green tick. On the next line, step 2, show the licence key, the tick was greyed out. It did not appear despite a long wait. Retry: same result. Emptied cache. Retry (this time becoming logged-in during the process) same result.
I STILL do not have a licence key and it does not appear in my licence list!
