There are no options to cause WORDS to appear that describe any tools in this program, so I have absolutely no idea what it can do, or why I would use it.
I presume it is a programmer’s personal tool that they published without much marketing feedback.
I went to the web page and read what they say about it.
I opened the program and looked at it.
I got very afraid to click on anything because there are no descriptions warning what will happen if I click on anything.
I cannot imagine what I would use this program for.
