I finally got the software offered today.
But I had to go the the website and manually download the version there (free). I was able to then use the licenses file to upgrade to the professional version.
This process did not follow the usually straight forward SOS method and was very confusing. And of course it did not work. Disappointing, and a huge waste of time. I have none let to test the software right now. Maybe later
