As a frequent customer, I too have had similar problems with this software and trying to register for a key… So , I took it upon my self and others here, having problems to email engelmann (who produces the software) for advice: and they say this:
“Hi Pete,
please start our software with a right click and the option “Start as administrator”. Does this help?

It has worked for me so hopefully no-one should be having trouble now… if not give ‘Englemann’ an email..
