This won’t load on my computer. Gave me a blue screen I had to get out of and I had to force shut-down (power button) :-(

Hi Becca,

If you use Windows 10, you can try to run the program as an administrator. This could help. You can do it by right-clicking on the program icon and selecting “Properties”. Then in the Compatibility tab check the “Run as an Administrator” option.

Another option to solve this problem is to use the program in the Compatibility mode. You can do it by checking the “Run this program in compatibility mode for (Windows 7)” in the same Compatibility tab.
