Cannot download the e-book. Clicking on the link goes to

clicking on the pic or the “view the full description” link there, goes to
http://sharewareonsale.tradepub.com/free/w_guid04/?p=w_guid04
and clicking the download button there
flips me right back to http://sharewareonsale.tradepub.com/free/w_guid04/prgm.cgi
which is where I came from. Happened before – what am I doing wrong?
