When I could not get the registration code to work, I downloaded a new copy of Artscope, followed instructions carefully and was rewarded with the news that my copy is good until Nov 2116.
Well and good, but a while later when I wanted to explore Artscope some more I checked and my registration had returned to the trial version.
Frankly this stinks. I have had more trouble with programs and apps from SOS in the last week than I have ever had in the past several years.
Doesn’t anybody at SOS check these programs to be sure the registration and downloads work before putting them out to the public?
I’m fed up with wasting time on these broken giveaways, the trouble they cause is simply not worth my time. From now on, when SOS offers something I might like I’ll just go straight to the author’s site and at least get a properly working copy.
Sorry, Ashraf, you had a good thing at the beginning, but now it’s becoming so much trouble just to get the software installed and registered, life is too short to spend it trying to install and use something that is so broken or poorly designed.
