Just tried to install but immediately brought up windows explorer instead of installing the program. Must be something that’s going on with my computer since I’m not seeing others having problems with the install. Can I get some help?
After download is better to save the downloaded file because it is a *.zip-file, which must extract before installing the software. But this software is very bad. I have tried to convert several pdf-files to doc or rtf but I only get error-messages.
