Your right, I should have listened. Before installing it the TITLE said POWER DIRECTOR 15 without the LE. After installing I see that it is “LE” version. I wouldn’t have bothered to do so had I have known.
When your on a bandwidth restriction IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO KNOW SUCH THINGS.
Luckily for me I am not on such a restriction. But it should be mentioned for those who are.
