Hi my name is John, recently I downloaded Zortam Mp3 Media Studio PRO, every time I try to run the programs it boots up ok, however when I try to create a media library the program crashes, it says a problem has stopped zortam from working, I have never had any issues with any share ware on sale programs before.can you please help me with this issue.
P.S. It also seems to be setting of my antivirus programs 2, I am using a program called webroot secure anyware.
