The applications included are both “lite” (that is, function-limited) and old (one full version behind the current marketed versions, a couple of which are due for replacement themselves). I am most familiar with Photo Director; V9 is not much of an improvement over the V8 offered here, nor does the full version offer much that the lite (“Deluxe”) version does not, and therefore I think this is worthwhile for free. However, if you like any of the packages, you will certainly want to upgrade to newer/more complete versions. I’d also point out that each of these packages has several strong competitors at competitive prices, so giving these away for free is a good way to preempt your consideration of those alternatives.
