Age has little to do with it, but willingness to learn and spending
some time to learn, has everything to do with it.
Nobody says it has to be instantly, but spending some time each day
to expand your knowledge, goes a long way to get a better understanding
of the concepts even if it’s in “baby steps”.
The help file is very explanitory with screenshots.
I doubt that you’ll find a better one…
So you have 2 choices – increase your knowledge a bit or forget about this offer..
