Program registered all by itself for me, maybe because I had an older version installed. Yes it’s slow, but maybe 15-30 seconds on my almost 4-year-old Win 10 PC with an I-7 processor and 16 GB of memory. Makes some interesting “artwork”, simple to use. I like the quick preview square in the middle of the screen, it helps you to quickly see what you’ll get with the current settings. Another good tool in my arsenal of image enhancers.
