TWO THINGS – ONE. THE DOWNLOADED FILE WAS IVYBACKUP3dotEXE, NOT SharewareOnSale_Giveaway_IvyBackup_hub.exe. MAYBE THIS IS THE REASON INCREMENTAL BACKUPS ARE NOT AVAILABLE??
