It asked me for a Serial Number, too. I tried to create an account at Franzis but it says that I did not place any orders. I did contact Franzis Support and I am waiting to hear back from them. One big problem with Franzis is that they are only European. When creating my account, it wanted my address. The United States was not an option. So, I chose the United Kingdom. It did let me create an account but, again, I have not ordered any software. What can I do? Thanks
