Hi [@test this software], if it can’t download, there are a couple of places there might be a blick.
In your computer … so reboot, reset what you can, perhaps run free Windows Repair All In One from [ Twearking. com ] to reset the firewaoo and networking, and free GUP Glar Utilities Pro to confirm things are okay, remove and reinstall SUP Software Update Pro, reboot inbetween steps, if you turn off anti-malware programs and suddenly SUP works, then the anti-malware program is blocking some port anf needs to be told to not block SUP.
Outside your computer … your router or ISP Internet Service Provider blocks some stuff, reboot, reset, update your router, try a different router, use a proxy to bypass your ISP, try a different ISP, if you have a laptop, gosomewhere else wiht it and connect to the Internet and see if it works, I use not-free TorGuard proxy, there are many starting at ~$5 a month.
All you ar tryign to do is divide and conquer to narrow down where the problem is, and then whack away at whatever thing you isolate as the problem.
