Galrysoft appears to have fixed their own server issue, and downloads work now ( and ignore my mis-post comment above on Unhackme, I had 2 SOS Software On Sale windows open and lost my place, sorry ).

I recommend NOT getting …51, but get the prior version …50 instead, …51 has problems, get …50 here:

Same problem with programs.
1- download fails
Do you mean downloading the SOS hub, downloading the SUP Software Update Pro program, or downloading updates from within the SUP program?
SUP can be downloaded directly from [ Glarysoft. com ] and from their [ Filepuma. com ], and Glarysoft apparently has fixed their update download servers today.
2-The program cannot be installed
If you mean that you successfully downloaded the SOS hub, and then successfully downloaded SUP, and then SUP fails to install, then let’s fix that … do the routine … reboot, chkdsk /f, sfc /scannow, free [ Tweaking. com ] Windows Repair All In One, anti-malware scan, reboot, redownload, download another version from another source …
3- The program code does not work
So you did get it installed, great … by “doesn’t work” do you mean “downloads of updates fails”?
Yes, someone at Glarysoft apparently tripped over a power cord, and it took them a while to get their servers back online, but they have fixed that now, so try again.
4- They have not sent me the password
There is no password, and Glarysoft sends us nothing, but we did get a “Pro” license from SOS on our SOS hub page, and SOS sens a copy of that in an email, but even without that license, SUP works for one item at a time, no charge, free forever, the “Pro” license only enables getting multiple downloads at once.
5- Can not update
Yes, someone at Glarysoft apparently tripped over a power cord, and it took them a while to get their servers back online, but they have fixed that now, so try again.
6- It is not the version that says
All Glary utilities can be updated to newer versions, or reverted to earlier versions, and current licenses will still work, so find and install whatever version you prefer.
… unless you are seeing the program misidentify your other programs, such as seeing Google Chrome 63 when you know you have 64 … if that’s what you mean, then yes, there are some programs where they are installed weird, different versions in two places, and Glarysoft sees a different version than the one you run, and or the update from the original sources is newer than the update from SUP.
7- They don’t give me the days it says
Click on [ Manage License ] to see registration details, including days left, click [ Switch License ] to enter the current “License code” ( “Your name” does not matter ).
8- A huge ETC …
Well, considering that at least one item in your list was a duplicate, maybe your “ETC” is equally easily addressable.
Especially if we avoid the version …51 being offered and take the giveaway license to the prior version and skip …51.
