Excellent MANUAL tools:

Advanced Tools > click on the lower dot [:] to see individual tools, then:
> Backup > Drivers
> Hard disks > Boot defragment
> System Control > Context menus
> System Control > Startup items

I set options to zero memory resident, no deep registry scan, and inspect what “tracks” and temp files to keep or delete, nothing automatic:

Menu > Settings

Then [ 1-Click Maintenance ] is safe and quick, but you can use the icons across the bottom for single tasks instead.

Then click on the [ ↑ ] at the bottom to see a web page listing of other programs to update manually ( not the (^) )

Nice controls, the cleanign seems safe, and the update page to manually download from is under my control, I can ignore or update, control the installation, no problems.

Glarysoft Glary Utilities seems to be a reliable and safe tool.

Those are my prime routine tools uses.

There are many other tools in here, so explore and share your experiences.

If anyone uses any automatic features, please report in, I prefer to run things manually, so I can’t report on automatic features.

What would I improve or add or change?

– Make all windows re-sizable ( kudos for the ones that already are re-sizable ).

– Make all lists exportable to text files.

– But labels or at least tool-tips on all icons.

– Change [ Ignore List Manager ] to [ Manage Ignored Items ]

– Really take over Chrome extensions to delete them and especially to block automatic re-installation.

– Redesign the [ Context Menu Manager ] to show what the right-click context item looks like in Windows File Explorer

– Please update the [ Details ] for [ Start Up Manager ], especially for [ Windows Services ] – the current descriptions are terse jargon, not helpful.
