Hello. This looks to be an outstanding program. However it will not open after I put the key in and registered it. Microsoft reports that it stopped working and then closed it. I saw a problem when I first tried to download the file which it did not do and came back as an error. Then I received another file. Which seemed to unload and install properly. However when I wanted to open the app, Microsoft reported that it was going to be closed because it was not working for some reason. Please assist. It sounds like there has been a problem right from the get-go.
