Sorry about the issue, Tom. It is possible that the registration information is being deleted from your registry by an antivirus or some kind of uninstaller program. We recommend checking if you have such programs installed and adding BitReplica to their Allow List. Kindly send your license key and system information report at the email address email@example.com and we will help you right away. To get the system information report press Start -> Run, type in MSINFO32 and press the Enter button. Save the report using the File -> Save menu option.
