Since one never knows which HDD will fail, it seems to me that recovery software should be able to be installed on a thumb drive. However, DISK MANAGER PRO writes to the Registry so does that mean it cannot be made portable?

PS: Since I haven’t actually used DISK MANAGER PRO, based on its interface I only gave it a 3-star rating, so it may deserve better (or worse?).
