Trying to run ZAL on a Windows 8.0 computer. After launching it, it keeps saying “Connecting to scan cloud…” without ever seeming to actually complete the action — the yellow notification doesn’t go away.
The other issue is that when I enter the SOS key, a red box pops out saying that “An error occurred while trying to activate license. Please try again later.”
What should I do, maybe uninstall and try installing again??
