Well, I got a bit farther, but still not getting a proper license code.
Since the target computer is not web connected,
I pasted the link http://activation.dxo.com/Forms/activatelicense.aspx?LID=3
and now typed in my code “DGTLCM2017”
but don’t have a file to upload for
the last question.
What do I do now ?
Think I still need the license / reg code

PS I was wrong on my length estimate in my earlier note.
Registration only wants a 20 digit number – not 25.
