Installed, then uninstalled. Badly behaved program, not high DPI aware. As a result, either the interface is blurry, or, if one checks the DPI box in the Properties / Compatibility tab of the executable, there is a degraded font with a single line of pixels, and various pieces of text are cropped out of the interface. Utterly unusable.
I wish people would test their software properly and warn about such incompatibilities when they exist.
My PC : 24″ monitor, 1920 x 1200, Windows 7 64-bit display set at 150 %. Your results may vary according to your setup.
