Hello. I am new to your program.
I tried the trial program and it downloaded a TV program easily
It was very straight-forward: I entered Url and away it went.
Now I have Version 3.14.5.6360 but it doesn’t work like the trial one.
It says to have a button inside Firefox, I should add the Extension.
In the Allavsoft Help file, it says to go into “Option” and choose “Preferences…”. Then click the “Extension” button. After done, please click “Install” button to change it to “Uninstall”.
Both of the “Install” buttons for Firefox and Chrome are greyed-out and do not respond.
How do I get the Allavsoft Extension onto my Firefox 53.0.3?
