Downloading works well and playback is fine, but the extension’s icon for Firefox is no where to be found, and in Chrome the extension is grayed out and the checkbox to enable can not be used either. Both have been installed, just not working.
As long as I can enter the URL of the item I want to download, I am happy. Just wish the extensions would do what they are supposed to do.
