[@Anon] It seems that you have install Windows in legacy BIOS mode. EasyUEFI is a software to manage UEFI boot options and EFI system partitions (ESP), it can only work in UEFI based Windows.
Why EasyUEFI prompts it can only be installed on (U)EFI-based Windows operating system?
