1) Found a solution for AVG problem
From the AVG dashboard To disable AVG
Menu – settings – components – click on all green buttons and click on turn off for 1 hour
2) Managed to install smatr defrag 5.7. But when go to bottom right and click on “enter code” nothing happens , no pop up or other page , so cannot enter reg number! .Any ideas ?
