[@joe s.] Hello, if you have never created an account on Apowersoft software or webpage with your email before, you have to click sign up to create an account with your email. After you own an account, you can drop down your account name in “My Account” window and choose activate to enter the 20-digit code we provide on the shareware activity page to activate the software.
