[@fanjx] This may be due to running PC Services Optimizer without administrative rights or an anti-virus software limiting the ability of PC Services Optimizer from generating a unique computer ID for the sake of licensing. Try to run PC Services Optimizer with administrative rights and to temporary disable your anti-virus software or try to add PC Services Optimizer to trusted apps list
