    Hello,

    I installed this program but I do not know how to run it = I do not know where it is installed (no “lnk”, no link), and I have no idea where it was installed – where the installation directory is located).

    Can you help me, please?

    On Desktop there is icon or
    c:\Program Files (x86)\HelpSoft\OneClickHelp\ OneClickHelp.exe

    Validpath is – Valid path is c:\Program Files (x86)\HelpSoft\ArtScope\artscope.exe

    Yes – there it is :-) …

    I could not find it because I have “HelpSoft” folder earlier. So it was not “enlightened” in the “Start” menu (after installation).

    [@Vlado Janos] I can not get the license key to work. I followed the instructions to the T. Even pushing the f11 (mute speaker on my laptop). I get an error message saying “Error in SendRegGetLic: error: Payment Id not found! Send email to support. The registration key was also in the unbind tab. Any suggestions??

    Worthless does not accept the given key comes with an error saying key not valid and then a string of error letters

    I, too, have not been able to register the ArtScope program and experienced the same results as those above. I finally just uninstalled the program. The only thing I can see that might be causing this is that there is no option to choose “10 years”. The only options are: “100 years” and “Unbind”. Choosing either one of these is not accepting the license code provided.

    Hey i registered with my provided key under the 100 year option and it worked, but my license expires in 2 months? Please get back to me thanks.
