Why offer a free version of a paid version? How about a nice long trial of the paid version? I’d take it, if it didn’t keep putting that “o” first.

Can anyone tell me the difference V2018 to V10:

    Ashampoo Snap 2018
    Ashampoo Snap 10

I find no comparison and both cost the same.

I love Ashampoo products and of course I appreciate free offers, but to be honest I consider a snap application should be simpler, intuitive and without so many bells & whistles. Thank you anyway but deleted.

I really like Ashampoo products and have used many of them for years. I’m not a fan of 2018. The freezing is really bad. The learning curve isn’t bad however, I went back to 2017 which works just great.

With these “year” iterations, it’s frustrating that it’s hard to compare them to the other versions. For instance, I have version 8 and there is no freezing issue, so the mention by quite a few people of freezing issues with 2018 concerns me. But if I knew what features I might gain from this version vs. the one I have it would make it easier to decide if I want to try this.

I agree with neme. I’d like to know what I might gain vs. what I might lose by changing from Snap 8 to Snap 2018. Without knowing, I’d rather not take the chance of losing, such as by getting a freezing problem.

AUTHOR/GIVEAWAY TEAM: I’ve tried to download/install this program a number of times, and every time Norton’s premium antivirus states it’s infected with TROJAN.GEN.9 and deletes it. Can you confirm this is a false positive, please? I had to do a RESET of my computer a while back and am rebuilding my “toolbox” of nice programs; and would really like to have this.

    Thanks –
    Mark

PS – a routine system scan was run earlier tonight before I downloaded anything, it came up clean.

[ @Ashraf] Software does not install. I have admin rights, yet it says I do not have to install. BAD, not like other pgms…sucks!
