I purchased this BitDefender Internet Security yesterday (Tuesday, Jan 4). Following directions from an email I received from BitDefender I attempted to create an account. The account was to register and install the product. When I attempted to sign-in the page would always return to the blank sign-in page with no error messages. I went through “Forgot my password” to change the password I first used. Changing the password did no good. The sign-in page would return to the sign-in page. My not being able to create an account or access one means I am unable to install the purchased product or register it. I contacted support through their web site form about 24 hours ago. The only thing I have heard from support an email stating that a ticket had been corrected. I do think that having this trouble before even trying the product has lead me to forego the purchase and work for a return of my money.
I already use Bitdefender Internet Security on three computers and have another year to go.
Can I somehow use this purchase to renew and now have two years to go? If so, how do i register it.
If not, can this be kept until the first subscription runs out and then will this purchase
still be good to activate ?
