This is not as attractive an offer as it would have been last year, or even last month before Netflix began targeting DNS-based unblocking services. Now the lack of Netflix support and uncertainty over the future viability of such services if others follow the Netflix lead means that paying for a lifetime subscription is more of a gamble. If this were a bundle with ibVPN services, that would be different.
