    Hello,
I have just installed Iris Pro,I had to change the location where I live because it wasn’t exact but I haven’t seen whether the town has changed because just at this time I had a problem with my computer.
How can I see it? Could you help me?
    Thank you very much

I clicked on Advanced Settings and that menu allowed me to click on Location and the program automatically determined my location. It took me awhile to get the password registered to turn this into the Pro version, but it worked and a window displayed “Thank You” for purchasing the pro version. I think I will enjoy having this for my “eye” sake!

I had Iris Mini…and it kind of worked. I’d get a popup at boot that said there was a missing file “registry.exe” which I ignored and manually adjusted.

Now that I’ve installed this version…it installs until I click “finish” and then I get a message from Microsoft Windows that says

Iris- Software for eye protection has stopped working. windows can check… etc. I have screen shot(s) of the problem details but found nothing I know how to respond to in help files. Nor do I see a way to attach the screenshot to this plea for help. I can type the exception code or fault module or whatever but not typing the entire thing.

    Help?

In settings, clicking on the lowercase i at the bottom caused a Cloudflare error:

    Footer

    Error 502 Ray ID: 353c127f265b52c0 • 2017-04-22 22:38:14 UTC
    Bad gateway

The diagram indicates the page is offline, however Cloudflare does not have a page to serve in its place.

The lowercase i for Location works though.

Have never had this happen before while installing other software, but in this case I am getting a message saying “A required privilege is not held by the client” when I try to run the Iris setup file.

I even disabled my antivirus and firewall, but still no go.

Any helpful suggestions will be much appreciated.

    Regards,

    consuella
