Weird — a PDF upload with no download for users.

The web page keeps reorienting itself, scrolling up and down to keep a PDF in view even though I’m purposely scrolling to see the upper and lower controls, which, of course, keep disappearing because the PDF keeps scrolling into view anyway.

The ideograms do not respond to me clicking on them.

IssuHub is a web reader and storage for PDFs … I’m not sure if I have a need to upload, but occasionally I may wander there to look at something, but I really don’t just look, I want a copy to read and cut and paste from and manipulate and convert offline for my own devices from PC to tablets to ereaders to phones, so the site appears of limited value.

I don’t see a way to limit access or charge for access or grant download permission to specific individuals, so if I wanted to publish for my subscribing audience, I’d have to distribute my PDF on my own anyway, and everyone and anyone else could read my PDF without subscribing to me.

I wonder if IssuHub is an add-on to WordPress or other web publications such that I could add controlled and customizable PDF-reader capability to my existing web site without visitors knowing that the feed is coming from somewhere else?

There are many avenues of features and benefits that IssuHub appears not to have developed yet.

and, how soon before IssuHub goes dark because they display National Geographic, for example, uploaded by someone other than National Geographic?

My first thought was remembering when I could store my (MY!) music online to access it anywhere and share it with…
I remember how disappointed I was when it died due to pressure from Big Money and not enough users. And how long it took to download all the stuff I had gotten from other users (6 Gb of Christmas songs mainly).
I rarely used it myself since I didn’t (and don’t now) access stuff from the Cloud (easier, faster, etc from my own PC(s). And none of my friends were that interested in my Playlists.
It’s still just not a good business model.

Issuhub allows my team to create beautiful publications and save it online. I can send the url to our clients. It is really cool. It seems that there are 55 000 daily opens for Pro version.

[@Peter Blaise] I didn’t see any other way, but one way to make a copy is to print as PDF.
