Near as I can tell, this is just a way to skim addresses & work phone numbers so they can be sold to telemarketers, and I for one, get too many telemarketers calling me when I’m trying to work now.
One give away, is that they want your *work* email address, which, since it’s real unlikely that I want this book for work reasons, doesn’t make any sense.
The spam I can handle/ignore, but I don’t need more phone calls.
Why they want all my private data, adress etc for just a download book? no no im thinking isn´t really serious!
Been a year since joining TradePub for downloads.
Never had a call at office or work.
Only mails for offers I could be interested in.
No big deal, and sometimes worthwhile for me,
sometimes not.But downloaded this one to pick-up on some things.
