    I download program from link in email, instal, Enter the same email address in form and entered. After that closed program and starting again. In File menu i don’t have “activate” but when I click on Start button and watch 9 staring screens the program is doing folder and after that in menu File I find the “activate” I fill the form with email and license number from email. And success !!!

    It’s possible to activate the software on Windows, as a few other people wrote. I had to try two e-mail addresses on the giveaway page. The first time, I didn’t check “I agree to receive…” and I didn’t receive any mail. For the second try, I used another e-mail address and this checked the box: I received an e-mail to confirm subscription to the mailing list. Clicking on this confirmation link triggered the e-mail containing the key and a download link for the installer (no need to download it from SOS).
    For activation, I initially didn’t find where to do it. I quit the software once then decided to go through the 9 pages presentation (including setting up the location of my image collection). Thanks to either of these things, I had a button “Buy” (might be a different name, it was in French) on the left below the menu close to the button looking like a download button (opening a menu to import pictures). This brought a page where I has the opportunity to activate with the e-mail and activation code. This removed the “Buy” button.

    Voici comment j’ai réussi à activer le logiciel. Sur la page de l’offre, il semble nécessaire de cocher la case “I agree to receive…” afin de recevoir un mail de confirmation d’inscription aux informations. En cliquant sur le lien de confirmation du mail, la page qui s’ouvre indique qu’on bénéficie désormais d’une licence du logiciel et cela provoque l’envoi du mail indiquant le code d’activation ainsi qu’un lien pour télécharger le logiciel. Le fichier obtenu est le même que celui fourni par SOS. Peut-être que cela peut résoudre le problème d’installation en éliminant la première étape de l’opération avec le téléchargement de SOS.
    Pour activer le logiciel après l’installation (qui lance le logiciel à la fin), j’ai d’abord quitté le logiciel car je ne trouvais pas de menu pour cela. En fin de compte, j’ai d’abord déroulé les 9 étapes de présentation du logiciel. Par la suite j’ai vu apparaître un bouton “Acheter” à gauche juste sous le menu. Il permet d’accéder à une fenêtre avec des offres d’achat mais aussi un bouton d’activation. Il faut alors entrer l’adresse e-mail et le code d’activation. Depuis le bouton “Acheter” a disparu.

    This here is a bad software that Ashraf should have never offered here.
    Why?
    Because it is impossible to activate this bad program.
    The poor user never get an activation option.
    Take this poor software out of here and stop wasting our time.
    A very big shame on you Ashraf, you should have tested this before offering it here.

    As I mentioned in my previous post, I couldn’t install Luminar because it said I didn’t have internet connection despite the fact that I did not any problems with my internet connections. So I decided to download their offline setup file, and this time I was able to install the software, but I have encountered another problem. When I try to launch the program, a GUI splash screen appears for a split of a second, and disappears. The program will not launch despite my many attempts. I tried to lunch it as an administrator, but to no avail either.

    Will the Luminar Team kindly help me with this issue. I would love to to be able to use this wonderful software.

    I installed Luminar 3, then followed the instructions and filled out requested details to get registration number. Still waiting to receive registration number. And yes I did check in junk folder.

    Hello Ashraf !

    Today, 27/03/2020 at 19h 20, I have downloaded Luminar 3 (100% discount) from the site “SharewareOnSale”.

    I have filled out and submit the form on your registration page : “https://skylum.com/fr/nphoto-luminar”.

    But I have not received an email from Skylum where I must click a link to confirm my subscription.

    I got nothing in the spam box.

    I wrote to skylum support about this.

    Please help me with this problem.

    Me encantan realizar los ajustes finales mediante looks. És muy versàtil, he podido crear mis propios looks para revelado, lo que me permite tener un flujo de trabajo àgil.
    Resulta un buen complemento para Lightroom i Photoshop.

    The link for registration only leads to the homepage. A registration is not possible there. The description, after you could register after the second start of the program, does not work either. Sorry, but I think this is a rip-off!

    Why is Mr Boss not responding to the problems?
    I have the issue that the email link from SOS goes to Luminar 4 and not to a regimentation form. I tried navigating round the site but can’t find the form.
    Please sort this out.
