Each time that I try to download an item and open it up to access the item keeps saying unable to open henceforth I do not get to open and use the item that I subscribed for
Please fix the problem[@Cliff Jones] Do you mean downloading the software, or downloading emails? If it’s downloading the software to your PC and trying to open it, perhaps you can tell us the exact error message you’re seeing?

I downloaded a new key, but I still have 3 months left on a paid subscription. If I wait to enter the new key for a couple months, will it still work and will it be dated for 1 year from today or 1 year from first use of the key?
