Only a 6 month license…please. Not worth installing, because what if I make a backup & then a year later I need to restore it? Then this program will not work, so I can’t do a restore. There are other backup software products available. This one is not even worth downloading.
Is the backup protected from Ransomware i.e from encrypting the backup file?
been trying to register the product with the keys given from sharewareonsale site,none of them seem to work as im getting invalid parameters error when trying to register.
any help would be much appreciated.Agree with the uselessness of a 6 month license.
However, the free version is solid and makes a viable clone.
I was hit by ransomeware and had the computer blocked.
Free version of Minitool was installed as a win pe boot option and restored everything.
Good freware program among other freebies they offer.I have had problems with this program before. It might just be me. I prefer Aomei Backupper Professional. It has saved my bacon several times. I have had problems with this program in the past, but I have gradually worked the kinks out of it. For example, if the Volume Shadow Copy service (VSS) is not running, no backup program will work. To be on the safe side, I also make sure that the Virtual Disk service (vds) is also running. There is also a free version of this program but it doesn’t have the win pe boot option, but I have noticed that when you go to restore a backup using it, the program does exit windows and works outside of it as if it did have the windows pe boot option. You might want to give this program a try.
