The Program Installed Perfectly, With Sharewaronsale Licence, Thanks Ashraf .
On The Go,I Tried It With Arabic : Started OCR of 2 Images Containing Arabic-White Color on All Deep Grey Background & Again With Green Background – Both Gave Less Than a Haf Of The Original Text With Some Errors .
Afterwards It Worked Nicely With Black Text On White Background .

How does this compare with (free from Windows Store) Office Lens? Or the OCR done with (free) Microsoft OneNote?

Impressive results. From the three samples provided, the original image quality is not super high but the program was still able to figure out the characters for all but a very few.

    For Sample1:

    For Sample2:
    varicties vs. varieties
    Scction vs. Section
    usc vs. use
    italso vs. it also
    ITat vs. III at

    For Sample 3:
MarGARET vs. MARGARET (small caps, so there is a )
    quarrelled vs. quarreled
    cleven vs. eleven
    occurrenceseemsclear vs. occurrence seems clear
    ccstatically vs. ecstatically

Vovsoft OCR Reader can only convert images to text.
You can copy this text to other software such as Paint or Photoshop.
Then you can save the image again.
