I tried repeatedly – many times – to get past the captcha on the registration page (I think I identified street signs and gift boxes correctly!), so that I could get a code. No luck! Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be? The deadline for registering after installation is approaching! I’d love to be able to listen to Pandora again!

I’ve used OkayFreedom VPN occasionally as a backup VPN for a few years. It works, and it’s useful to have it, but there are several issues that keep it from being my primary VPN:
– no control over which server to use within a country
– servers are frequently blacklisted by media sites since their IP addresses aren’t changed often enough
– erratic country selection (although the tendency to select “Germany” when another country is selected seems to be better in the lastest version)
– interferes with other OpenVPN installations on the same computer (e.g., uninstalling them to install its own version). It’s basically just a wrapper around OpenVPN, so I wish they would just forget their own GUI and use straight OpenVPN
– always fails to restore original DNS correctly on exit (reported to them long ago, but still not fixed)
