this is not a perpetual licence this time. Only available till november 2022
Very marginal user interface. The tool wants to open an entire folder and shows truncated icons for every PDF file in that folder. There are no visible ways to sort, examine file properties like size, etc. I tried it on a single large music book (finding it by alphabetical name), and only got a 6% compression, set on medium image quality. No diagnostics or explanation. I guess I could experiment a bit more, but I am discouraged.
