When I try to install it, instead of installing it goes straight to a “Register full version” screen, and nothing more can be done.
When I try to install it, instead of installing it goes straight to a “Register full version” screen, and nothing more can be done. I have registered my email address, but have not received the ID needed for downloading the full version.
Does the conversion process from pdf to word maintain font and spacing data correctly? The programs I have previously used for this usually changes some fonts into unusable charactors or changes numbers to letters and/or letters to numbers, for instance I have one now that all the S in the document were changed to 5 etc.

When that screen opens go ahead and click the “Register Now” button even without the “Code” filled in. You will then receive an email. click the link in the email and it will take you a page “Welcome to the customer menu”, under “Software License” tab the download link is there, click on the “Settings” tab and there you will see your user ID to put into the initial “Register Full Version” screen, now you are good to go. The Software vendor should have explained this but they didn’t.[@Alan Abrahams]

Thank you for your help, it worked.I never got an answer to why it will not load and send me a license key tells me: ERROR:
License key already used or invalid!
Its been three days now and no answer seems other people are having the same problems.I also could not register. Very sorry!
