I was going to download this Calendar Creator, but then I read the following:

    DIRECTIONS

The download link for Photo Calendar Creator is provided to you above. Download and install Driver Magician, and enjoy — the program comes pre-registered, no need to do anything.

This is telling me to install a program called Driver Magician (which I do not want), so I’ll pass on the offer.

Cannot the driver Magician sw be removed after the install? or is it required for the Calendar program to work?

It looks like the second phrase is there by mistake, copied from some older promotion perhaps. The download link is for Photo Calendar Creator (the file named CalendarCreator-7.exe) and you don’t need to download anything else in order to install it.

I downloaded and installed the program, but it needs a key to register. When I enter the key and click the register button, I get an “error connecting to the server” message. Thus I cannot register the program

You need to contact tech support at http://photo-calendar-software.com/support.php – I’m sure they can help.

The program is not pre-registered (again!)

In a previous offering, support does not replay to emails and no key / registration information ever came. There are so so many calendar alternatives, I would just pass.

The line that says pre-registered is there by mistake of SharewareOnSale. As an official representative of AMS Software (the developer), I confirm that the program is not pre-registered, this is correct. As you launch the program for the first time, it takes you to a webpage where you can get the key. You get the key for free, and use it to activate the program.

Not sure which way you go to contact support, but this is the correct address: http://photo-calendar-software.com/support.php. Please note that they work from Monday to Friday, European business hours.

[@Lesley Knight] – There’s a programming bug in the “Click here to get your key” pop-up: Clicking on that button (as well as on the hyper-links “Visit Website” and “Technical Support”), it does not open the relevant web page; instead, it switches between the three keyboard languages that I use on my PC — which I normally achieve by pressing Alt+Shift.
On other [monolingual] systems those buttons (/hidden URL links) might well work. I cannot tell!
