Not Work? Not Open…
Windows 10 64bThis looks like it could be very useful software, but its use is not helped when the instructions on how to use it were written in 2015 and seem to bear no resemblance to the version offered. For example, button names are not the same (Open button vs. Open Slides?) or missing (Desktop button? Web button?), some features appear to be missing (Adjusting Recording Options, e.g. frame rate; Adding a Drawing (Whiteboard?), and many more. Am I missing something? The software is labelled as Version 4.1.0 Pro. Is there a more recent set of instructions than those available on the developer’s website?
This seems to offer nothing that you cannot already do in Powerpoint, SoftmakerpPresenter or similar slidemaking programmes, which all have “convert to …” functions (to html5 for example). What’s this things usp?
after installation, the program does not open, I have a home windows 10 64 bit
Same problem – install was flawless but clicking on the shortcut icon to launch the program nothing happens…

My problem (as others like me already noticed an posted) is that the program does not start and even does not provide any hint about why it doesn’t.
No reaction/feedback at all – clicking on the icon (I tried even to launch it as administrator) does absolutely nothing.To me, the problem-in-the-problem is that we (we = all those posted about this problem) have not received any feedback/help.
Nor from the publisher, nor from Ashraf.So?
