    Ashraf I went to their site to buy this program and once again was confronted as is so often the case by a 1 computer activation purchase can you please help to get across to developers that a growing majority no longer have one computer at home we have children taking lessons at home wives and ourselves working from home all on different computers in the same home they are a tool a 1 computer license will force some who want to be fair and pay for the product to take unwanted action to install purchase programs on other computers within the home , lifetime licenses are indeed what is needed but not just one computer installation any more ,time for changes to this approach by developers , can you please help in your regular dealings with these company’s ? .

    Unable to activate using clipboard or manually entered “coupon code.” Tried 2 email addresses – same code. Same result – “Invalid Code.”

    Installed and activated as per instructions – only needed to confirm my email address. BUT – after deep registry scan, the program could not find my Microsoft Office Professional 2016 key.

    If you do a search on majorgeeks.com & other sites, you can find product key finder software that is absolutely free & does a better job than this software.

    @Jack Scott and others:

    Starting with Office 2013 (or so), the keys were no longer kept on the local machine except for the last five digits, making them impossible to recover using local software. Impossible. If you registered Office with Microsoft, they will have the keys.

    Any software that claims to be able to recover Office keys with the 2013 version or later is flat out lying. Simple as that.
